Michelin-star chef Radek Kašpárek has opened a new restaurant concept located in one of Prague’s most historic sites. This restaurant pushes the boundaries of Czech cuisine, using the kitchen as a space for creativity and experimentation to discover new flavors and combinations. The name “420,” referring to the Czech dialing code, emphasizes the restaurant’s focus on modern Czech gastronomy.
